Very nice museum with impressive collection of artifacts and very finely made replicas. Interactive displays are interesting for both children and adults. The outdoor grounds are immaculately maintained and beautiful. They have one of the nicest dog-trot cabins we have ever seen.

Out in the middle of no where but still worth it if you are driving the back roads. Lot of history on the Cherokee and Sequoyah.

As a new resident of this amazing state, about all that I knew was that I was living in "East" Tennessee" and that that this state has only one natural lake. Being surrounded by lakes, I realized that I have a lot to learn. I rode my bicycle to Sequoyah's Birthplace Museum and now I realize I have great deal to learn about this state. This museum has been a wonderful place to start. Do not miss the opportunity.
