The museum has changed for the worse. It used to have all kinds of artifacts that were relevant to the entire history of the Cherokee people, now it is all about Sequoya and his development of the Cherokee alphabet. What I am trying to say is it used to be lots better.

A very hidden gem! Beautiful museum on gorgeous grounds with a nice picnic area. Staff very nice. Self-guided museum tour was informative. A shame that more people don't know about it.

Beautiful place and full of history. The people working here really know their stuff, my niece's class very much enjoyed the learning experience.
